He answered all of our questions (sorry for bothering you after hours) and he did an excellent job of coordinating the plumber and his flooring team. We hired Trench Flooring & Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. They were very pleasant to work with and they listened to our concerns and were willing to do whatever they could to make our kitchen our dream kitchen. I got rather lucky. I moved to a new area and knew absolutely no one. I didn't even know who to trust when I asked others for referrals. Throughout the process from the initial visit through the very last day, Fred demonstrated exceptional customer service. Paul from Trench Flooring was immediately responsive to our request for an estimate and once we agreed to hire them for our tile installation has been timely and on top of the project. The floors look fantastic and we are very pleased. There were a few areas that needed some minimal attention once installed and Paul worked with us to assure our complete satisfaction. The subcontractors were dedicated and hard-working and completed the work and delivered on schedule. The work was done in our personal home, and we will hire Trench Flooring for any work needed in the future in our home and our rental property as well.

Fantastic value for the money. We got 4 estimates for this project and we told each company that we wanted a "bare minimum" estimate. Trench's estimate was about $8000 (yes, thousand) dollars less than the others. I even called to confirm that I wasn't misreading the price. They didn't tack on any extra charges except $60 for tree trimming so they could get to the house. They spent about 3 days replacing rotting wood, another couple of days scraping, and then 1 coat of paint. Despite rain and heat waves, they got it all done in 2 weeks.

We had tiling put down and it looks great and was a very good price. I would recommend Trench, especially for tile flooring as the job that was completed was done very well and in a timely matter; always working within our limited time. We are going to call Mr. Trench back when it is time to do our kitchen floor in the future. Also had some additional work completed, and the drywall framing was done very well. We had several people out for estimates and Trench gave us our best value for the money.

Mr. Trench scheduled a consultation immediately. He explained everything in detail. He emailed a recap of services we discussed and prices for service. He advised me to take my time to think about his offer and get estimates from other companies. I called him back after consulting with others. He came back out for a final consultation. His crew arrived timely. The completed both the carpeting upstairs and the hardwood floors on the main level all in one day. He called me back to follow up on how I felt about the job before he charged me the balance of the payment.

Very professional and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure the job was done to our specifications and came by the house to inspect the work being done every day the workers were at our home. There was a change in the design work and they were amenable to changing the plan. We needed additional tile and they were able to get that tile if 2 days.
